I foresee complications with confederation, these conflicts will always be resolved in favour of the general government and to the detriment of the often legitimate claims of the provinces!

I can not believe that the idea of confederation is even being considered! All it will do is take the power from the states, and give them to the federal government. The fact that people still think this is OK is just SAD!
