I reported the missing luggage immediately at the airport and have since contacted both Lufthansa and Air Canada multiple times with no resolution or meaningful update.
Passengers deserve better communication and accountability when their belongings go missing.
9 days later and I am still waiting for an update on my missing luggage.
I travelled from Canada to Abuja, Nigeria on a @lufthansa flight with a connecting flight operated by @AirCanada . I checked in 2 bags, paid extra for additional weight, but only one bag arrived in Nigeria.
