@HabboTea @Habbo I believe this can happen if there's a difference in timezones set on different devices, as I had some of my devices set to GMT-3 and others to CET timezone. Could also be when i changed iCloud settings and sync may have failed.

@HabboTea @Habbo Code was actually on my built-in Iphone authenticator, not on Google. It did not show beforehand, but then i logged of iCloud, turned off my phone. Turned it back on, logged in on iCloud and voilà: verification code was working fine again.

My 2FA drama is over, fortunately with a happy ending. I got access to my codes again, my account is safe. But the discussion is still valid, since many users are dealing with a faulty 2FA issue now, and many more may have to deal with that in the future...

And please, instruct support agents to not shame users as it is their fault. Missing 2FA codes can happen for a variety of reasons, like getting your phone stolen or an error while syncing accounts.

...So @Habbo, please consider a way for the Support Team to be able to disable 2FA on your side, to prevent players to get locked from their accounts.
