An official organization created an award that costs €1 to participate in and launched it, 5 days in they realized “a guy” was winning overwhelmingly and came to post about it almost like “HEY EVERYONE DID YOU KNOW THERE IS A NEW AWARD FOR THE VERY BEST AND WHO WE WANT TO WIN IS NOT WINNING? They then went back to edit it and call it an unofficial award.
So it was not unofficial till someone won it.
An award ran by the official organization immediately became unofficial when their favorite player did not win it.
