@TeamYouTube individuals who create multiple forward public facing accounts on your platform don’t then get to double and triple down stating they are private citizens. When FOIA documents are properly acquired with the complaining individual’s who have express consensual intent for obtaining said FOIA documents. Doesn’t then get to decide what is considered FOIAable by the court, nor does @TeamYouTube get to undermine that decision expressly decided by the courts. By doing so you YouTube can be held in contempt of court. Because YouTube is a corporate entity—owned by its parent company, Alphabet Inc.—it is subject to the same legal responsibilities as any person or business under the law. More importantly The Legal Standing of Withdrawing Consent: A- Contracts and Model Releases: If a person signed a contract or a "model release" form consenting to be filmed and uploaded, they generally cannot legally force YouTube to take it down later. The contract protects the creator and the platform. B- Lack of Absolute Right to Erasure: In most jurisdictions (like the U.S.), there is no absolute law that allows someone to delete public content just because they changed their mind. None of these opinions are on the table. This is police body cam footage which has already been redacted for the parties protection and privacy purposes, the individuals have expressly consented to showing this content and the creators have gone beyond the already ready court mandated redaction to include removing: address, license plates and phone numbers. These individuals have Public Interest & Newsworthiness for they are are multiple court cases for fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, falsifying identity, lying to a judge, evading a subpoena, harassment, and fraud on the court. Your remedy to outright remove the content from your platform goes beyond even your standard protocols. Please have an HUMAN look into this injustice because your BOTs have done you no help here!
