Treat people right. Appreciate them, encourage them, support them and make them feel like they matter (because they do). Do this at home, at work, at school, at the store, etc. Do this with people you know and people you don't. Try your best every day to make someone else's day.
I know we’re in a “kid business” … but it’s hard to be an effective administrator if you don’t love teachers too. They do the core work of the school, and it’s crucial that they feel valued and supported.
I’ve noticed that strong teachers don’t just have high expectations for their students; they have high expectations for themselves. I think that’s one of their secrets.

•Proper sleep & nutrition
•Challenge them
•Every child should read a minimum of 30 min/day 📖
•Play. Helps kids with problem solving, working with others, & sharing
