Carlos was last seen on July 6 2026, at approximately 3:00 a.m., in the 400 block of Folcroft Street. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and black shorts.

Pike Harper was last seen on June 29, 2026, at approximately 2:00 p.m., in the 2400 block of Dumfries Court. She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and pink and red pants.
