@TanyaJMarlow I hope it pays off and everyone enjoys it. The staff I have spoken to about it are really looking forward to it. They haven't had anything paediatric specific before so hopefully they will take lots of things away with them.

Hey, Im looking at ways to improve our new starter induction onto the unit. We currently do trachy and ventilator packs but what do you recommend is useful for a new starter. And how do you ensure they feel well supported on the ward.
