Already the flight has been late, there were 2 akasa flights that landed, and just one bus for all the passengers?

Is the premium charged by other airlines just to avoid the frustration of passenger?

Thanks to Twitter, at least somewhere we know this airlines still exists with words 'no intention to cause inconvenience'
