The Studio and support is now closed for Christmas, returning at 9am on Mon. 4th Jan.
We will continue to monitor our website hosting infrastructure. Email-only support for emergencies is available for '+ level' Service Agreement clients except on public holidays.

We are closing for our annual Christmas break at midday on Thursday 24th. We'll be back to brighten up your websites on the 4th Jan.

We'll be making your websites stay up and for advanced level service agreement customers we'll also be running emergency email-only support.

Starting on 10th November we'll be rolling out the latest security release 5.5.3 to update our hosted WordPress websites.

There’ll be maintenance to update our server databases starting Thursday, 29th October at 9pm until about 3am.

This may result in approximately 20 mins of downtime where sites may be inaccessible during this time. Any queries, let us know!
