A leader isn't merely someone who stands in front of others.

The scripture's portrait of a leader is that of a shepherd. The shepherd leads the sheep to where the pasture is green. He leads them to feed. His leadership is in the responsibility he has to make the sheep flourish and thrive.

Thus, if you are a leader, you have a responsibility to bring men into flourishing and fruitfulness. It is actually WORK! Its not a title to adorn. It will demand your sweat. Don't be a leader who is doing nothing tangible!

What are you doing to make the people you are leading get better, grow, and become effective? Or all you care about is just being honored?

To Lead is not to sit on a chair and merely dole out orders and decrees, it is to roll up your sleeve, get to work, and actually make people's lives better than you met it.

Amen?

Pastor Popoola Oluwatobi

I saw this prophecy this morning ,it had been given October 2012 by a member of my local church

It's an exhortation and very instructive

Please read ..

"THIS PROPHECY WAS GIVEN THROUGH A BROTHER IN CHURCH

There will be a dream in the heart of every
man.
This dream must be held onto so that it
is a reason for living.
For there will be a
great delusion in the earth to lay hold on
the hearts of men.Wait for it.Expect
