Bought a new Bajaj Chetak 3502 on 12 June 2026,delivered faulty. From Day 1 facing serious issues.
Even after multiple service visits (ISR-2964388),no resolution.
Now vehicle is accidented by service center.
Need immediate replacement or refund.

Already emailed, called support multiple times, and shared ISR-2964388. The only response I keep getting is: “Wait 24 hours.”

24 hours keeps repeating. Resolution never comes.
Need action, not promises.

@bajaj_chetak I purchased from Amba Dommasandra Bengaluru. Scooter still in Amba Electronic City service center for more than 20 days. @BajajConnect very pathetic for brand new vehicle.

A valid Karnataka PUC was already available at the time of challan, yet the fine has been imposed incorrectly.
