Imagine if ALL Zimbabweans who see this tweet would repost it to give Tinashe’s wine brand more visibility as we head towards Christmas.

Dear Election Observers,

Zimbabwe is going into a discredited election with political prisoners in jail.

Job Sikhala who is an opposition MP for the main opposition CCC and lawyer has been in jail for over 14 months without conviction.
The Zimbabwean judiciary has denied him bail, bail is a right according to the Zimbabwean constitution.
Job Sikhala’s only crime is speaking out against repression and violence against opposition supporters.

Jacob Ngarivhume was jailed for 4 years in May this year for calling for an anti corruption demonstration.
Something that is allowed and guaranteed in Zimbabwe’s constitution.

Dear Election Observers,

I know that you all have translators/interpreters with you, so ask them to confirm for you what I am going to say here.

This is the type of rural intimidation going on in rural Zimbabwe as political parties campaign.

This is a ZANU PF prospective member of parliament for Zvishavane-Ngezi constituency.
He is intimidating rural voters instilling fear in them.

He says to them that their vote isn't a secret at all.

He tells them that ZANUPF will know who they voted for through tracking their ballot paper using the ballot paper serial number.

He said that they will all have their serial numbers taken down, and that this process will involve local village leaders.

This renders the election not Free and not Fair and it implicates the election commission officials because this can’t happen without their compliance.
