Could the deployer/treasury owner check whether the contract has a function allowing recovery of ERC-20 tokens accidentally sent to it?

I was performing an ETH → USDC swap through Cake Wallet / NEAR Intents and accidentally entered the RECORD token contract as the recipient address.

The USDC transfer is visible on-chain and was sent from NEAR Intents to the RECORD contract.

BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street vote about a quarter of every share in America. They also run programs where you tell them how to vote your slice and they vote to match. BlackRock calls it Voting Choice. Vanguard calls it Investor Choice. Between them, roughly $8 trillion is eligible and 20 million Vanguard clients got access this season.

That mechanism has a name. Pass-through voting. The record holder holds the shares, the investor sends the instruction, the record holder votes to match.

Divons un peu @OnRecordVote $RECORD et pourquoi c'est un Gem a ne pas sous-estimé car il s'agit d'une infrastructure de gouvernance onchain indispensable, au moment où la régulation exige précisément ce que le projet propose.

-Le 17 septembre 2026, la SEC a publié son « Innovation Exemption » : Pour qu’un token d’action soit considéré comme une vraie action tokenisée aux États-Unis, il doit porter les mêmes droits que l’action traditionnelle, y compris le droit de vote.

Mais du coup q'est ce que OnRecord ?

en gros pour la fare courte : un mécanisme qui permet de faire remonter les votes des détenteurs de tokens vers les actions réelles détenues en custody .
Le poids de chaque vote est calculé à partir d’un snapshot onchain à la date record (comme un courtier traditionnel)Le vote est signé par le wallet, enregistré de façon immuable et consultable par n’importe qui, y compris par l’émetteur ou par Robinhood

C’est exactement le type d’infrastructure que la SEC vient d’exiger : un mécanisme qui permet de faire remonter les votes des détenteurs de tokens.

De facto nous savons depuis le début suite a une interview qu'il s'agit bien de Georgio et Emiliano de @longbow qui travaille en relation proche avec onrecord et qu'une integration dans leur protocol allait venir.

ils annoncent trois autres intégrations du même type et « la plus grosse mise à jour » à venir ... qui seront le heureux elu ?

NIVEAU TOKEN :

Vle mechanisme induit 2 type de vote : vote normal : gratuit, signé au wallet, pas de gas.
Vote confidentiel (shielded) : il faut brûler 1 000 $RECORD pour un bulletin privé.
En plus du burn “privacy”, ils ont annoncé un buyback + burn quotidien : les fees servent à
1) acheter des actions dans la treasury et
2) racheter du $RECORD sur le marché pour le brûler. (La majorité irait au buyback)

Donc clairement une utilié au token + modele deflationist

En résumé, on a une team solide proche de longbow (10M) + , un token utile et deflationiste + un protocol d’infra de vote qui manque pour que les action tokenisé fit le cadre légal imposé par la SEC .
le tout valorisé à a peine 500k de Mc .
l'intégration sur $BOW est déja pricé depuis lgt imo , mais les gros catalyst d'intégration restent à venir .
c'est un protocol qui devrait être valorisé a plusieurs millions .
