Yesterday morning I went to the market, I hadn't been there for a long time! So nostalgic! There were so many fruits, vegetables and mushrooms! I also bought fresh olives and spices for home! I wanted porcini mushrooms to go with sake! I will buy them next time ! 🍄😋 #italy
Yesterday's event: kenbishi and consorzio del parmigiano reggiano met to pair their products. We paired 3 types of sake koshu with 3 types of parmesan aged for different years. Beautiful to see the Italian and Japanese traditions come together , in the same table!
