I applied for a new Airtel Digital TV connection on 9 May 2026 and paid ₹3,600 upfront for a 1-year subscription. Airtel accepted the payment and activated the account, but as of 31 May 2026, the connection has still not been installed.

Despite repeated follow-ups, complaints, and assurances from Airtel representatives, no action has been taken on the ground and no firm installation date has been provided.

Complaint No: 656233109

It has now been 22 days since payment was made. Customers should not have to chase a service provider for weeks after making full payment for a new connection.

Requesting immediate intervention from Airtel’s senior management and customer escalation team to ensure the installation is completed without any further delay.
