XRP at $0 means none of the five funds created or redeemed — same as Oct 5 — not that money chose XRP. The $112M is a 30-day total, and Oct 6 was only +$3.1M after Bitwise +$10.6M was offset by Franklin and Canary. AUM is about $1.7B versus roughly $107B in spot BTC ETFs. Zero is not strength.

First rating, not a clean bill. Moody’s B3 / stable (7 Oct, via Sky Frontier Foundation) is the agency’s first grade on any stablecoin protocol — and it sits in speculative grade, six notches under investment grade. S&P already had Sky at B- (Aug 2025). The constraint is capital: about $90M equity against roughly $10B managed assets (~0.9%). Stable outlook means no near-term change expected, not that the peg or reserves are investment-grade.

Wrapper, not the share. A few dollars of stablecoins buys a tokenized Apple certificate (xStocks, Ondo, bStocks, Coinbase AAPLc) — no vote, usually no US access. Sunday 3am is venue-specific: bStocks and some xStocks trade 24/7; Ondo mint and Chainlink equity feeds pause outside market hours. Borrowing without selling is live only on Aave V4 (Base, since 25 Sep): seven Coinbase tokens as USDC collateral, non-US only, ~65–79% LTV, liquidation if the token drops.

Exploration, not a launch. Meritz Securities signed a strategic partnership with Ripple on Oct 1 in Seoul (CEO Jang Won-jae, Ripple president Monica Long). They will review whether Ripple Custody and Ripple’s tokenization stack can be applied to Korea’s capital markets inside current securities rules. Spot ETFs, STOs, trading platforms and a won stablecoin are also under review — not announced products. Meritz says it will expand only as local regulation evolves. No commitment to use XRP for settlement.

Not a retail listing. Paxos Crypto Brokerage now supports XRP for partners: buy, sell, custody, deposit and withdraw via API on the XRP Ledger, under OCC-supervised trust-bank infrastructure. Same rails used by names like PayPal, Venmo, Interactive Brokers and Schwab. Reach expands. Price is a separate question.
