@NianticHelp Is there a global issue or just some trainers not receiving the +10 Levels from the Pass? I bought it so i could be rank 25 on day 1, but currently after restarting a couple of times it isn't granting me the 10 levels.

@JagexSupport Hello, i've been trying to look where to contact you for an issue i have. I have linked an old account to Prime Gaming, but don't remember the what account i have it linked with and now can't connect my current Jagex Account. Where do i send an e-mail to fix this?
