Person A has Ojer and a Blisterspit. Person B has Hedron-Field Purists at lvl 1.
Does the 1 dmg ping from blisterspit turn into 0 dmg or 3?
Does 1 dmg prev to 0 still count as ”an amount” to be modified into 4?
