I'll provide with some of the very important technical points of the chart and then straight away give concluding points of interpretations based on the overall chart (Based on D1 with support of D9 and D10).

Jyotish configurations (only very important ones)
1) Lagna is cancer. Lagnesh is Moon (Chandra).
Moon is in Shravan Nakshatra in 7th Bhav. Lagna is in the hora of Moon. Lagnesh moon having highest Ashtak Varg bala strength of 7.

2) Lagna is in the Nakshatra of Ashlesha (coiled serpent).

3) The Oath time is perfectly placed in "Vijay Muhurt".

4) 2nd Bhavesh Sun is exalted in the 10th with Mercury.

5) Mars is PYK (परम योग कारक) being 5th & 10th Bhavesh.

6) Mars is also the AK (आत्म कारक) placed in the 9th with Vargottam strength and close to the Boarder of Jala Tatva and Agni Tatva (गंडांत).

7) In Dashamansha Varg (D10), Mars is in 10th bhava being D10 Lagnesh.

8) No Graha shifts in Bhava Chalit.

9) Nodes in 2nd-8th axis. 11th Bhavesh Rahu is placed in own 8th Bhav.

10) Prabal Shatru Shani is in Bhagya Bhav.

11) 6th Bhavesh Guru (enemies) is placed in 12th in own Punarvasu Nakshatra which is significant. 6th Bhav is aspected by Shani placed in the 9th.

12) Shukra, Bhavesh of 11th (Also Badhakesh) is sitting in own 11th Bhav.

13) Navamansha (D9) has Fixed sign lagna - Kumbha and 4 Grahas placed in Fixed signs (Guru, Shani, Surya and Shukra).

14) 8th Bhav is D9 has Exalted Mercury.

15) 10th Bhav of D10 has direct influence of Mars, Guru and Moon.

16) 6th Bhav and 12th Bhav (Covert and overt enemies) are almost similar from Lagna and Moon Lagna.

Conclusions based on above and few more aspects not mentioned above:

Note: Always consider "Will" meaning most likely or likely.

1. The Government will complete her full tenure.

2. Will come back with full majority in the 2nd term as well.

3. Will be totally dedicated to the people of the state and will become very popular amongst masses.

4. Will face formidable obstacles from a Lady opponent (Shukra as Badhaka in the 11th in own Rashi). This shows Mamta as the constant troublemaker. However, ultimate it'll benefit the Government as it is also the 11th Bhav of Laabh (Gains)

5. Will go after Law and Order deterministically. Action will be pronounced and visible from July onwards. Won't relent in action at least until 2029.

6. All the chances of UCC law implemented between 2026 Dec to Jan 2027 (In the start of 8th Bhaesh Rahu's compressed Vimshottari Dasha period).

7. We'll witness the sending back of the illegal Bangladeshis and progress of securing the boarders from 2027 Mid through 2029. First time in our history, we'll be able to see the real action and results against Bangladeshi illegal migrants.

8. The CM is going to gain immense popularity and goodwill of people. Same stands true for entire BJP government.

9. Enemies are going to get the test of poisonous snake (Ashlesha) for the first time from WB government in past 50 years history.

10. AGGRESSIVELY going after the Jehadi goons and securing the boarders using all security forces will be the inner core desire of the government (Mars AK and PYK and powerfully placed in D10).

11. The only caution for the CM and cabinet ministers is to not get too emotional on some issues.

12. First time Hindus will feel freedom for Hindutva in the state. For the first time in past 70 years, the enemy lot is going to get isolated and chased out. (6th Bhavesh Guru in 12th)

14. The state will look like staunch Hindutva state and go back to the traditions. (Shani-Mars in the 9th) For instance - Rong Dhanu will be changed back to Ram Dhanu.

15. The Government will also work for Industries and investments (local and Foreign). It'll improve the funding and financial condition of the state. Both the 2nd and 11th Bhavesh are strong, slowly, the funding start improving.

All in all, it is a very auspicious chart! Weaknesses are much less in comparison to the strengths. I am quite happy to analyse the historic Oath chart.

Hindus of our country will have joy to watch पश्चिम बंग प्रदेश in this term.
