How do we know it’s not just a “pile of rocks?”

Our 2024 soil analysis (22 systematic samples inside vs. outside) revealed:

• Nearly 3X more organic matter inside the structure

• 38%+ higher potassium (linked to wood decay)

• Dramatic pH shift (8x difference) — creating a “closed system” signature

These chemical anomalies are exactly what you’d expect from a large decayed wooden vessel buried for thousands of years.
