Hey @Marmot Just wanted to say thank for the response. I'm being VERY sarcastic. You didn't respond. Your customer service is AWFUL- no response on facebook either. I can only get a human M-F 8-5:30. Not convenient. Used to like Marmot, but will never shop with you again.

Hey @Marmot why do you make getting the right size so difficult?Purchased a vest online that is too big. Can't exchange it at the store in my town. Online can only return, not exchange. And you don't have anyone working on the weekends? Making it hard to purchase your stuff.
