I don't think so. Because I haven't seen any proof that Boom fully sold the series to Invisible Narrative. Yes he sold the copyright of the series to them, but not the full series as a whole. Let's be for real here, Adam Goodman has gone into hiding like the baby he is.

I really want this nightmare to end. I hope boom sues the living hell out of Inviz because that truly deserves it. I just hope Strider and the others working on this series understand that this will not end well for them and that they made a mistake and finally leave the company.

So skibidi toilet episode 81 was a nothing but sloppy and absolute dog sh*t. So far we have seen the series get less and less views since boom was removed. But let's ask ourselves this question, did boom really sign the agreement to sell skibidi toilet?
