The Next Generation of Private and Adaptive AI

A Revolution is coming!

Most businesses do not have a traffic problem, they have a response problem.

The visitors are already arriving, already asking, already interested. A slow reply turns a stream of qualified leads into a drip, and the marketing budget quietly pays for people who went elsewhere.

Open that tap before you spend another euro on acquisition.

One customer message. Reply sent, CRM updated, stock reserved, invoice queued.

Answer once. Four systems update.

Customer, reference, amount, terms, VAT, signed.

Nine seconds, and nobody typed a thing.

Live chat costs about €2.80 per conversation. This costs 12 cents.

Same answer, 96% cheaper.

The answer was always in the spreadsheet. Nobody had time to go and find it.

"Yes — 3 left in the Baixa store, and I can hold one until 8pm."

Sales to support to ops to billing. Three handoffs, three chances to lose the context.

One agent carries the whole thing.

Your team answers the same six questions every single day. Hours, pricing, stock, delivery, refunds, booking.

None of them need a person.

Enquiry in. Quoted. Paid. Delivered. Renewed.

Most automation stops at floor one. This rides all the way up.

The instinct when volume grows is to hire. It is also the most expensive way to buy coverage.

Five people cost roughly €18,400 a month and give you 45 hours of it, minus sick days, holidays, ramp-up, and the handover at 6pm.

This is not an argument against hiring. It is an argument for hiring people to do the work that actually needs a person.

[Skillful AI @SkillfulAI]

Support sits in the cost column on almost every P&L, which is why it gets squeezed rather than solved.

But the conversations in that queue are people trying to buy, rebook, or spend more. Treating them as overhead is what makes them behave like overhead.

Answer them properly, at any hour, and the line moves from cost to revenue.

[Skillful AI @SkillfulAI]

Ask a team how many tools they switch between just to answer customers. The honest answer is usually four or five.

Every one of those is a place a message can sit unread, and a place context gets lost between handoffs.

One agent across every channel is not a feature. It is the point.

[Skillful AI @SkillfulAI]

AI agents earn their keep on the P&L, not the org chart.

31% more revenue captured. 62% lower cost to serve. 1,200 hours back a month.

There are 168 hours in a week. A fully staffed team covers roughly 45 of them.

The remaining 123 are not dead time. They are when people browse, compare, ask, and decide, and hear nothing back until Monday.

That gap is not a staffing problem. It is an architecture problem.

[Skillful AI @SkillfulAI]

Five hires costs about €18,400 a month and covers office hours.

One agent costs a fraction and covers all 168.

Same coverage. Twenty times the hours.

Support is a cost centre right up until the moment you answer fast enough to close.

Then it is a sales channel that runs itself.

Good automation is invisible. The customer gets one clear answer in a couple of seconds and thinks nothing of it.

What sits under that answer is the actual product: intent recognition, a live order lookup, a policy check, a CRM write, escalation rules, and an audit trail.

If any one of those is missing you do not have an agent, you have a chatbot.

[Skillful AI @SkillfulAI]

This is what it actually looks like under the hood.

Message in, intent read, order looked up, reply out in 0.8s — and a €4,000 refund escalated to a human, because it should be.

Your customers are not all in one timezone or one language.

One agent handles 90+ of them. Local everywhere, staffed nowhere.

[Skillful AI @SkillfulAI]

"It will sound like a robot."
"Our systems are too messy."
"We do not have engineers."

Three things everyone asks us, and the honest answers. → https://t.co/QDVEhiDb1T
