Some people really need to prove themselves to earn compensation. I've seen many teams, that make it so far and then automatically want to get paid. Sometimes orgs, just don't have the funds to pay the players right away. They are able to help promote and give essential tools to help them grow along with the organization overall. I've had several teams reach out to me, expecting large amounts of money, $500+, per person and then paying the coach within the same amount or more.

If you alone are not even making that via your streams and not promoting yourself more, why should an organization do all the work that you yourself are not willing to put in? A T2 or below organization can't provide you substantial income if you yourself are not putting in the work.

There are those that in the long run, I'd be willing to pay, even if a little bit here and there until the organization has a steady income coming in. I've told teams, if I put in any money, I just want what I put in as reimbursement. They can keep winnings. If they themselves pay for things and win, they keep it all. Its not about me. Its about being there to support the team the best I can. Editors. Overlays. Affiliations overlays. Jerseys for those that prove themselves. No contracts. I'm here to help you with an organization behind you. LAN pros deserve their paychecks. They've put in the time. No disrespect to anyone else, but I see it all the time and they wonder why nobody is willing to take a chance on them yet.

Its crazy that we keep getting involved with oil wars. There is pretty much oil all over the world ans we keep ending up in the Middle East like it holds all the oil in the world.

Oil rigs off in the oceans. Oil rigs in the heartlands of North America. Pretty damn sure there is oil everywhere. So why is it, we keep trying to go for oil in the Middle East?

During Desert Storm, it was mainly over oil. They was a holy war that didn't involve us, but American politicians decided we needed to. From that, 9/11 attacks happened. We then went after Hussein Regime. We did what we had to, because of them attacking us the way they did.

Now, we got another administration that thinks we need that same damn oil, but using nukes as an excuse to go to toe with Iran. Find another place to drill and stop with these oil wars. Everybody is going to make money in one way or another, but when we start going to war, we start losing all that money to fund wars we should have never got involved with.

We have American lives to worry about here and how to financially keep us out of debt, but every single administration seems to think they can do it better. Do better by focusing on what's going on here. America First, right?

They've been talking about a new Hitman for years now and they came out with First Light. Despite it being such a good game, there's so much more that could have been provided in the game per map. We do need a new Hitman.

Honestly I already completed Everything at 100% in 007 first light. Don't get me wrong. I love playing 007 first light. But I'm a Hitman World of Assassination fan. I rather play Hitman and yes I like new challenges in the new monthly Hitman Road maps. They can't ignore Hitman World of Assassination just for 007 first light. That's piss poor marketing. It's like telling the Hitman WOA community. We are going to forget about you. Because we have a new Game. Come on. Think. It's poor marketing pouring all resources into 007 First light. And totally telling the hitman community to go screw themselves and are not getting a new monthly updates.

Endgame against D was the most challenging part. I was hoping for more maps and uses for my costumes (suits) like Hitman, but was enjoyable. 18 hours over 3 days playing (load times took the longest), playing some TacSim. Best map of all was Monaco even though it was very short. Loved seeing cameos. Felt like there was so much more that could have been added. Really disliked having plenty of ammo at one point, do a cut scene and now I have barely anything.

Right now, I have my eyes on one team for Apex and hope they'll want to come be part of Gojiro. If not, then I might just be shutting down the organization as there really isn't much else going on within the server. Despite ALL of those I've reached out to in regards to being content creators and teams, very little is happening.

Money has been an issue to pay anyone other than editors. I've even learned some things in video editing. Too many creators that I've reached out to, say they're talking to another org, yet still orgless. Some said they're not interested in joining an org, then join one.

All orgs start somewhere and start with very little. Sometimes, you become part of something great from the beginning. It doesn't happen overnight, yet that should never make you turn your nose to an organization because they don't have a huge following or can't compensate you right now.

While so many want you to GRIND to get a chance to join them, Gojiro has always been a place to allow anyone, aside from the racist, homophobics, bigots, etc. While I've put in so much money to bring this thing to life, hardly anyone has come to help make it come alive and stay alive.

I appreciate those who were there in the beginning and those who showed interest, but if something doesn't happen soon within, I'll need to end it and just wait until I can have enough to compensate or never bring it back.
