"Elementary Calculus: An Infinitesimal Approach" is an interesting introduction to calculus that presents familiar topics from a different perspective.
The book covers limits, derivatives, integrals, and infinite series, but develops them using infinitesimals rather than the approach found in most standard calculus textbooks. Even for readers already familiar with calculus, it offers a fresh way of thinking about some of its central concepts.
It is a worthwhile read for anyone interested in calculus, mathematical foundations, and alternative viewpoints on limits, derivatives, and integrals.

So, I made 5/6 lifts today. My first meet ever and my coach said I did very well!
As some of you saw, I pushed myself out the back of my heaviest snatch. It wasn’t heavy, I just lost my balance, unfortunately.
My clean and jerks were smooth and easy, but my heart was racing and I was sure my arms would give out. They didn’t, but the doubt I had that they could do their job was pretty strong. I just kept chanting to be “fast under the bar” and to “push through my palms”.
Pretty I already have my next meet planned. This time it will be in Jersey.
Happy Friday!! It’s been a busy, productive week. I went to the office on Wednesday but won’t be going again for a couple of weeks since the World Cup will be in town and I work close to NRG stadium. Workouts have been good, my hamstring already feels better but I still can’t run. Have a wonderful weekend!
Already finished my workout and deep stretching before 0730!
Hotter than the devil’s breath out there today.
Video of my opening weights for my competition coming soon!
Did you hit the mats today?? Well?
As someone who has successfully built muscle, I'd suggest not looking only at price.
The best protein source is often the one you'll actually consume consistently.
That's why protein drinks exist.
