She says that when she saw Chris come out as a presenter, she told Will he wasn’t going to be able to help himself. When Chris made the joke, she looked at Will because she knew it was coming. She also reveals that she and Will hadn’t referred to each other as husband and wife since 2016, so she was surprised when he called her his wife. She says she attended the Oscars as family, not as Will’s wife.

So when Chris said what he said i looked to Will as if to say see, i knew it. And then i was like that’s not cool to talk about a medical condition that can’t be cured.
