@seaofd0ubts i am doing better now yes! i was at my lw two months ago and running long distance while uw is a different kind of hell, but atleast now i only do it fasted. moral of the story is BE CAREFUL π«Άπ₯Ή
@seaofd0ubts oh yeah itβs hard, i got super tired, my performance wasnβt that good, and i just overall felt like crap. i think the only reason i didnt faint yet was because i am so determined to burn as many cals as possible i fight to stay conscious
@dedgirlwalking0 BANANA BREADDDD mine uses x2 ripe bananas, x2 scoop vanilla protein powder (in place of flour), 1/2 egg whatever you feel like, some ground flaxseed (also for structure) 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1tsp baking powder and soda, 1tsp cinnamon and boom π₯Ή
