The army in Demockracy doesn't get angry. It keeps a ledger. 🎖️

Street tension cools. Court tension cools. Every law you pass leaves the army a
permanent grudge, and the sum of those grudges becomes a floor the tension can
never drop below. The floor doesn't just stop the cooling — it pulls the number
back up to itself, 0.12 a day, forever.

The generals move at 95. The law book holds 161 points of grudge. Six laws can
be enough.

You don't lose the army with one wrong move. You lose it with your programme.

Every way to win a vote in the whip room costs you something. Except one. 🗳️

A promise is free. You pledge to build in his region, and he votes with you today.

120 days later the game checks whether you actually built anything. Keep it and
his loyalty rises. Break it and it falls 25 — and he never fully trusts you again.

Most laws in Demockracy can be repealed. Half the anger stays, but the law goes. ⚖️

Constitutional amendments cannot. 37 of 55 seats to pass, and where the repeal
button should be there is a lock. The courts can't annul them either.

One of them unlocks the only act in the game you can never take back: banning a
rival party. The army, the courts and the street all find out the same day.
