Zenless is the best as their shilling is for last 3 character of dps

HSR is the worst in how bad the shilling is

Fatui never is about murdering everyone. We only know from the 1.0 that they want the Gnosis for something. Look at Mondstadt, how many casualties are there? At Liyue?
