@randycandyboy @365partytwink Personally, I've never really liked tracking that much. I think I've just seen the most results from consistently consuming whole foods. Protein is important but your gut is gonna feel like crap if you're only having artificial stuff with little fiber

Make sure you're doing 6-8 reps of the heaviest weight you can safely support. If you can push out 10-12 reps, it's probably time to go up.
