@Xatu3367 If you read the games, it's implied the stones aren't native to the planet and arrived with the meteor that Terapagos came on.

If you notice, all of the non-evolved paradox pokemon are stone evolutions - implying they come from the alternate past where Terapagos DIDN'T land.
