I believe too many missing teen cases being treated as, "runaways" is not a bit beneficial to bringing anybody home.
I believe many of them are either dead or sold into sex trafficking. Are some runaways? Yes. But treating every case as such is not helpful.

Surgery 8 am tomorrow, worried. Only surgery I had before was an emergency c-section that I was not put out for. This is my first time being put completely out for something. What is it like?
