13 hours of sleep and still feeling rubbish after booster yesterday. I reckon I will be better to make gf mince pies and go for a run or swim tomorrow. Today is pyjama party with lots of cuppa teas. Tomorrow is CHRISTMAS EVE!! Who's excited?
@mrjosereyes@UKRunChat I suppose it's what you're used to and like? Maybe get some trail shoes and go slower, and walk if you need to? Or get a treadmill? I live near the countryside. I love trails. My husband sticks to the treadmill, but he picks up ankle injuries on uneven trails.

Great session back with coach Jason @SwimCotswolds@SouthWestSwim last night. I was nervous going back. Great way to get me doing drills as no way would I do it on my own. Looking forward to next week πͺπ»πββοΈπ#uktrichat#swim22#southwestswim
Nice gentle swim this morning. Cut short due to lifeguard messing about with the lane ropes. So I got out and got home to drink my coffee π I saw some squad swimmers from @SouthWestSwim in the medium lane working hard. Well done! We will be ready for squad when we get back πͺπ»πββοΈ
