Despite what happened

I really had fun spending time at Anime Expo with my fiancé

The level of creativity on display and how much love there was for the medium was beautiful and the energy was electrifyingly infectious

I highkey wanna do all 4 days next year

Which would’ve made the time I got to the line around 2:40-2:50

2 hours before

Despite showing up 2 hours early

I was unable to attend the screening for Kagurabachi @kb_anime_en

@AnimeExpo turned away HUNDREDS (not exaggerating) of people at the door after being let into the hotel, then started blocking the escalators

I’m so upset and my day was ruined

@XGrath It sucks yeah, my friend was able to get in at least and I’m really happy for him. But like you mentioned he also stayed from the previous panel which didn’t clear the room (although I thought they said they would?) the line outside the room was MASSIVE let alone out the hotel

@otakuofthenba I was legit telling some people literally a month ago how I think they should’ve handed out tickets at the Kagurabachi booth to be able to get into guaranteed cause, just like Anime NYC happened last year, the turn out for the big Bachi is WAY bigger than these people realize
