York was reportedly initially charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools.

The prostitution charge was later reduced to disorderly conduct, and York reportedly pleaded no contest to the remaining charges, was found guilty, received a short jail sentence, and was ordered to pay roughly $1,150+ in fines and fees.

Lovely was scared to leave the crate at adopters home. When forced to come out, she "bit". A puppy! Oh God help me I can't no more. 😭
