I am putting this out into the universe. I could use your help with my fundraiser on GoFundMe. Please share, support, or donate—every small action counts. https://t.co/jo89AOyjrG
@courtneymilan That's one of the ugliest things I've ever seen. Does it remind anyone else of the Delorean (was in Back to the Future)? Plus, I would total damage myself against all those sharp edges.
@Inadarkwood When I was in fifth grade, Dad taught me how to do long division the short way. I stuck at bath and this actually helped. Then I got downgraded on a test and had to do it the long way again.
@jessejanderson@NomeDaBarbarian Except for those miraculous moments where you Do All The Things—for about two hours, then you collapse and can’t do anything for about a week.
@Mister_E_Fish But if you watched the scary movie I saw when I was around nine, you’d know the spider keeps coming back, larger each time you wash it down the sink…. And then my dad grabbed my strong the ribs and growled and I never saw the end of that movie. Dads. 🙄
I rediscovered The Moody Blues and have been streaming their music all day. I’d forgotten most of it, but as soon as it was playing the words came back to me, even the cool poetry-ish bits. What music from your childhood have you rediscovered? Do you still like it?
@OdinsTatjana@Reaverbean@saltysprout It’s weird, but sometimes I feel like the Pied Piper, but instead of rats following me, babies, small children, and animals often congregate around me. I’m not really a fan of dogs, but it does feel nice to be surrounded by that much love. That’s a really safe space for me.
Keep in mind: the entire time that Donald Trump was committing all of his crimes of espionage, obstruction, and incitement, his behavior was condoned by GOP Senators and members of Congress.
They are all culpable.
We didn’t go through heinous experiences to MAKE us stronger or to form into who we are.
There’s NO good reason for it, and it’s certainly not a blessing in disguise.
We are strong, because we step up vulnerably and do the healing work.
