Welcome back, Eagles! I hope we can all prioritize our mental health this year and put ourselves first, we deserve it so much. Sending you all love, good vibes, and virtual hugs. β€οΈ
Day 12: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can help you understand them more clearly. It can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health.
Day 11: Think of a song or an artist that gives you a boost. Maybe your jam makes you feel happy, understood, or even powerful. Whatever the feeling, put that song on and let yourself feel it. πΆπ΅
Day 10: It's easy for our minds to fall into patterns of negativity and to focus on the things that went wrong each day. Instead of letting this pattern stick, challenge your mind to focus on what went well. Celebrate the wins, big and small. π·
Day 9: It is important to take a moment to focus on things we appreciate. It helps root us back in the positivity even when it may be hard to feel positive. Over time, if we consistently focus on what we appreciate, it can start to shift the way we think to be more positive.
Day 8: Talk to a friend. Social isolation is hard on us, and for many, the past nine months have left us a little lonelier than before. So, find time to connect with those who you love. π
Day 7: All of the information that comes to us through our devices can be alot. Unplug. Find a time today to leave your devices behind and just be. β¨
