Skyrim Mom

My 65-year-old mom is playing Skyrim. This is what she tells me.

On leaving Skyrim: “Sometimes I think about the quest I never finished. There was some kind of shining orb in a dungeon I had to align, and I never could do it. I’m sure it’s still in there, spinning forever.”

"Someone told me to go to Windhelm, and then I had to burn beehives. And I don't get to talk, so I can't say 'How do you find the dock?'"

[Skyrim Mom @SkyrimMom]

"You didn't tell me Dragonborn wasn't in Skyrim! I paid $19.99 for this and I just spent three hours walking around Windhelm!"

I just met @SkyrimMom. So, that's a good day.

On loot bragging, via email: "How you like me now?"

[Skyrim Mom @SkyrimMom]

On the end game: "I have such a nice house and I've furnished it so nicely that I don't want to leave."
