@dubblecounter My understanding is because the standard preps are not cleaning the patient out effectively enough sometimes if they’re on ozempic, mounjaro, etc due to delayed emptying
So we’re going camping for several days on my vacation and the interesting thing is my 16 yo daughter has more bags/supplies than me, my wife, my son, and our dogs combined. I asked her if she realized we were going camping a few hours down the road and not overseas. LoL
@AccPharmacist One time a customer is my small town brought me 2 goats to the drive thru. They were recently born and the mother passed and they didn’t know how to care for them and knew I lived on a farm…I took them but only after work I told them to meet me in the parking lot 😂
I’ve decided to start telling my wife and daughter when we need to be somewhere at a certain time that it’s actually the day before, maybe then we can still only be 15 minutes late. They’ll live to be 100 because they’re NEVER in a hurry 😂
Customer brought in Kevin, their pet king snake today. In the last 4 days customers have brought in a snake, a pet monkey, and a pet squirrel, alllllrighty then!
I’m not exactly sure what compels someone to start kissing and hugging on their partner while I’m actively trying to counsel them on a new medication, but I just kept on like nothing happened. SMH🤦🏼♂️
Sold customer a syringe today so he could draw excess fluid out of the lungs of his pet KING COBRA who has pneumonia 🤦🏼♂️. He showed me pics too. WTH, last week a customer’s pet monkey ate their Xulane patch, this week this 😂. BTW, how did he know it had pneumonia? Lol
So we’ve all heard “the dog ate my prescription, etc”, well I had a customer today who needed an early refill on their birth control patches because their pet monkey ate the last one😂😂, I can verify they do indeed have a pet monkey.
I was so excited to finally get some magnesium citrate 8 ounces bottles in that we almost passed it around the pharmacy taking swigs out of it….almost 😂
@KaiTenSatsuma Yes, I agree the Costco store brand paper towels are fantastic. I always want to buy more than one but since Covid I feel guilty doing that so I just stick with the single package.
Seriously, you almost have to be a theoretical physicist in order to navigate the paper towel section at the store and what’s the best deal. I mean you have 4,8,12,24 size rolls, some are on sale, some have pick your own size, some are 6=12 and so on, Geesh!
