Friday 1st Sept 1826. Pleasant breeze of wind from the N.W. to W.N.W. the Atmosphere remarkably serine, and pleasant, and the air not in the least oppressive as it has been for some days past. Graham in his Galloper Boat to St. John’s. Brig Wm. Kelson completed.
