@Talkatone Talkatone hasn't worked for me and it's been 6 days. Are there any updates? Is the business folding? Do I need to seek an alternative for a number I've had for years?
Basketball is played WITH the basketball 5% of the time.
One of my favorites quotes from Billy Donovan is:
‘The other 95% of the time most players spend trying to get the basketball’.
Players also can’t conceptualize the amount of time they have the ball in their hands in a game. They think it’s exponentially more than it actually is.
The ball is glorified, and rightfully so, but what are we doing with the other 95%?
Do be ELITE REQUIRES impacting the game without the basketball.
The video below is a MUST WATCH for all players and coaches 👇

Simply put:
When I plan to teach, I'm focused on what I will be saying, instructing, assigning, & assessing.
But when I design for learning, I'm focused on what learners will be discussing, engaging with, creating evidence for, self-assessing.
Learning isn't about me.
You can see this Seoul late night self-driving taxi here at Gangnam-gu district weekdays(23:00~05:00 KST). It has a person on driver's seat in case of safety issues. #SelfDriving
Norm #3 (phone free schools) is happening at lightning speed.
Norm #1 (no smartphones until age 14) is happening too, as parents and school districts take collective action. Great example in the UK:
If smartphones and social media are so safe for our kids, then why do tech company leaders work so hard to protect their own children from a phone-based childhood?

Australia will lead the world in setting a minimum age for social media, finally requiring the companies to take responsibility for age verification.

With some parents using tablets as digital pacifiers to soothe their children, a new study finds preschoolers who spend 75 minutes or more in front of a screen showed increased anger and frustration as they got older, along with difficulties in regulating their emotions.
