This morning we had an amazing conference opening by our welcome address MC, @clos_gm, introducing @NISTSchool - @JamesDalziel1, @21cli 's Founder & CEO (Organizer of PHASE) - @jahardman , and our #Keynote speaker- @LifeIsAthletic !

Not only was it a highly engaging keynote, Ted made it super fun too!

The floor was hyped up with interactive mini-games and we are so happy to have close to 400 conference attendees with us today!

A thoughtful weekend care package after two full weeks of *PE in the pool*! Loved having all G1-5 students five days in a row & seeing their growth but man..4hrs/day in water.. & then Coach Kim continues on with 5 more classes each night! how do swim teachers do it?! I’m KO’d!🫠

Currently out in Phuket, Thailand, teaching at the excellent @21cli #phasephuket conference for PE teachers, and I am reminded of the importance of passing on the gifts of movement, physical literacy and confidence to our newest generations.

Prevention is better than cure.
