Vincent decided to be his own boss and set up a self catering business, before eventually securing his own Cafe formally known as the Birdcage Coffee shop in #whyvalegardencentre at Croston. This is where he grew his business and reputation in the local area!

Vincent started his catering career as an apprentice chef at @bartongrangehotel when he was just 15years of age. After training from a superb brigade of chefs and experienced producing food for esteemed guests such as Margaret Thatcher.
