Anyone got any reliable contacts in @SevernTrentLife Severn Trent. They are doing a shocking job at getting back to by mate Ricky Alcorn about an ongoing blocked sewer affecting his house. Ongoing around 6 weeks. They rarely call back. Never let him know what's going on.
