Extremely disappointed to report that The Witcher 3 Remastered is completely broken on AMD hardware

I'm playing on an RX 9070 XT and as you can see in this clip; the water glitches out, hair, skin textures are off and the grass is black.

I was playing using 26.8.1 drivers, then upgraded to 26.9.1 optional drivers and the issue still presits.

I've done some further research to see if this was a problem that was happening to me, but multiple AMD users have reported the same issue with the game.

I tried turning Ray Tracing on/off, turning off HDR, disabled Nvidia hairworks, turned off upscaling and anti-lag to see if anything changes but so far the game is still broken graphically.

AMD has yet to release a driver to support the title, but I don't understand how this issue was completely overlooked from both parties, how can a game come out in this state?

My PS4 Pro’s hard drive failed. Classic PlayStation quality control.

My 30-year old Sega Saturn? Still works flawlessly.

My 23-year old Nintendo GameCube? Still works mostly flawlessly though struggles with more demanding games.

Even my PS2 Slim, Wii, and 360 are still working fine.

Even if the epilogue is nothing burger it is still part of the story.
