I installed this terrible Wifi on 27th March 2021 and in 6 days i have only enjoyed fair internet speed for not more than 12hrs. @NBCNews

I haven't till now received any email on when the Engineers will come to uninstall the terrible WIfi. I need the wifi removed urgently and my refund calculated.

As at this morning i couldn't even get pass 40kbps. Terrible internet access.
