this is 3 times about the cancellation of my booking which free cancellation will expire by 5/feb but only auto reply notification reached me do it via 'manage by booking' which shown 0 in my booking.

why cancellation fee is charged when the driver cancel coz couldn't even find the place almost 20 mins i waited after i called twice.
