So, we're about to start recruiting for an android dev at #Sleepiest, but I have no idea where to post the job role... Anyone know what the equivalent of @iOSDevJobsHQ / @iOSDevWeekly is, as we got a lot of good iOS applicants from them, I just need the equivalent on android.
I’d almost forgotten how painful setting up new IAP’s with promotional offers on app store connect is when you’re adjusting pricing per country… There really should be a CSV upload option 😭.
@AdobeCare 5) The invoices section is a pain to get to; billing history doesn’t appear when you’re in a teams account (even for teams subscriptions) so you need to log into a personal account (with the same email) to get that billing history tab to appear to even get the invoices?
I wish there was an alternative to @Adobe's software. Honestly trying to deal with their business customer support even to add a creative licence while cancelling an after effects one has so far turned into a half day of wasted time chasing up AND it still ain't sorted.
@AdobeCare 4) People need to add your invoices to their financial accounts quarterly, but every-single-time you press on an invoice on your dash it requires re-login via email and password, making it a 4-5x longer process than getting invoices than for any other SAAS we work with.
@AdobeCare 3) Not an issue now as we don’t want to cancel, but only letting teams cancel their subscription in the 30 days prior to subscription lapsing is shady as hell. It actively makes me hate the company; keep people with good products, not nasty terms and infuriating dashboards.
@AdobeCare 2) Combine your support agents or at the very least connect users to the right agent based on the dashboard they’re on… Going to chat support on the teams dashboard and being told “teams is a different department” is painful. The literally just happened again via twitter DM’s.
@AdobeCare 1) Make upgrading and downgrading between subscription packages possible + simple on your teams dashboard. Having to contact to support to migrate from an AE > Full CC is wasting your agents time, and disrespects your customers time.
It should take me 5 minutes on a dashboard, like EVERY OTHER tech companies subscription dashboard. I should not need to contact support to upgrade an After Effects subscription to a Full Creative Cloud one just because I'm on a teams plan.
@JamesSherlouk Would recommend trying Texture / AsyncDisplayKit… For me the best of both. Declerative layout, with all the UIKit bits I’m used to + not as painful to port to SwiftUI later on.
