@SF_England So I finally got through, they couldn’t find my previous details (given it was late 90s) and I have to complete a physical form to post in (form PN1) However, where I have to sign the form it requests a Customer Reference Number - what is that? I don’t want to be on hold again

@SF_England I can’t create an account because I already had one decades ago (before digital accounts were set up. It said to call you. I don’t mind waiting to be answered but I keep getting cut off!
